Questions before you start

Does a viewer need an account?

No. A published card opens through its shared link or QR code in a browser. You need an account to create and manage your cards.

Can I edit a published card?

Yes. Edit your card details and links from your account and save your changes.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Renewal is manual. The plan is annual with no automatic recurring charge. Your subscriptions page shows the expiry date and time remaining.

How many images can I upload?

Your image allowance is twice your card allowance. You can see your limit in your account.

Where can I find my invoice?

Open your order in your account to view the invoice or download a PDF.
