Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MVP Cards is a service operated by 4MS GENERAL TRADING LTD, a UK-based company.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit myvpcard.com, create an account, purchase a subscription or use our digital cards.

For privacy enquiries, contact support@4msmarkets.com.

2. Information we collect

We process information you provide when registering, placing an order, contacting support or creating a card. This may include your name, email address, billing details, company information, photograph, logo, contact details, social links, location links and card biography.

We also process technical information and card activity, including visits and interactions with contact buttons. This may include browser identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location information.

For company cards, information may be supplied by your organisation or an authorised team administrator.

3. How we use your information

We use information to provide accounts and digital cards, manage subscriptions and payments, respond to enquiries, support company teams, produce card activity statistics and protect the service against misuse.

Where applicable, we rely on:

  • Performance of a contract to provide the services you request.
  • Legal obligations to maintain required records.
  • Legitimate interests in securing the service and responding to support enquiries.
  • Consent for processing that requires your permission.

Information required to create an account or complete a purchase is identified during the relevant process. Without it, we may be unable to provide the requested service.

4. Public digital cards

Information published on a digital card is accessible to people who open its link or scan its QR code. Visitors may save, copy or share information displayed on the card.

Only publish information you intend to make public and have permission to use. Removing information from your card does not remove copies already saved by other people.

5. Company and team cards

Authorised company administrators can manage team cards and control editing permissions.

Your organisation may determine what information appears on your company card. Depending on the processing involved, it may be responsible for that information, while MVP Cards processes it on the organisation’s behalf.

Contact your organisation or our support team if you need help correcting or removing information.

6. Service providers and external links

We use service providers to operate the website, host information, process payments and deliver email. Our current service providers include Hostinger for hosting and Stripe for payments.

Payment information is handled through the payment provider. External websites and services opened through card links have their own privacy policies.

7. Cookies and card statistics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for functions such as account access, shopping sessions and browser recognition for card statistics.

The card analytics feature uses a browser identifier with a cookie lifetime of up to one year to help distinguish repeat visits.

8. How long we keep information

We retain account and card information throughout the subscription and for 30 days after it ends, allowing time for renewal or a request to retrieve the information. After this period, we delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to individuals.

We may retain certain order, payment and other records where necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Information held in backups is removed according to the backup retention cycle.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may also have a right to object to processing and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

To make an enquiry or exercise your rights, contact support@4msmarkets.com. We may need to verify your identity.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our services or information practices change and provide notice of material changes where required.
